Let’s talk about your ceremony.

Thank you for checking out Cape Cod Wedding Arch. We are a small, family run business whose goal is to provide simple, affordable wedding arch / wedding rentals on the cape. We realize not everyone has experience planning events, so here is some helpful information to get you started.

Date & Location. When and where is your ceremony?

Timing Requirements. Does your venue requires same-day setup and removal (most do). If you’re getting married in a public space (beach, park, etc) you obviously can’t leave the equipment unattended. If you’re getting married at a venue, is the ceremony in the same space as the reception? If so, the room has to be turned over so we need to know exactly when that will happen.

How many guests are you expecting? You don’t have to get this exactly right. We understand that you might not have a firm headcount yet. We can always bring a few extra chairs if numbers change!

What is the rain contingency plan? We need a plan in place for bad weather. If rain is expected are you moving the ceremony indoors? Where? Do you still need your arch / chairs rentals?

Need anything else for your ceremony? A florist recommendation? A mic / speak for music and the officiant? Anything else we can help with?
